The Engine on the Chipper

The 7HP chipper shredder, powered by a Rato engine, boasts a robust single-cylinder, 4-stroke, OHV design. Its forced-air cooling system ensures effective temperature management while the 212cc displacement and 7.0 HP at 3,600 rpm power rating.

Blade Type

 

The double edge reversible cutting blades, which measure 90mm in length, are capable of tackling even the thickest branches and logs. 

  1. Input chute

 

To make the process more convenient, the chipper shredder also comes with 2 input chutes. One chute is for feeding grass and debris, as well as brushes. The other chute is specially designed to feed branches up to 2 inches in diameter, which makes this chipper shredder perfect for a variety of yard waste reduction tasks. Vacuum kit included perfect for picking up and mulching smaller materials.

Discharge Chute

 

Discharge chute fits the height of pickup bed loading on trucks.
Customization include but not limited: 360° Rotation.

Transmission system is equipped with a centrifugal clutch for smooth, reliable operation.

The clutch allows the engine to reach full speed before engaging the chipper blades, ensuring a consistent flow of power.

Equipped with a dual drum replacement belt and a centrifugal clutch double V belt drive for added durability and performance.

Tow Bar

 

Making it easy to transport from one job site to another. 
Features a 2-inch trailer coupler and is hand-removable for convenience.
The wood chipper can be safely towed at speeds of up to 15 mph (24 km/h) on off-road terrain.
For added stability, the chipper also has a quick-drop stand that can be easily deployed when the machine is not in motion.
